Screen X Protection provides mobile-device protection products and related installation services, including protective films designed to help protect compatible mobile device surfaces against everyday scratches, impacts, and other forms of wear.

Our protection products are intended to provide an additional layer of protection. They do not make a mobile phone completely immune to damage.

The actual level of protection may vary depending on the device, type of impact, force involved, installation conditions, usage, and other circumstances.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, features, and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

However, product appearance may vary slightly due to device models, screen characteristics, lighting, photography, manufacturing variations, and display settings.

Screen X Protection may modify product specifications, designs, features, availability, or pricing when reasonably necessary.

Screen X Protection is a protective product and is not an insurance policy, extended warranty, or guarantee against damage to your mobile device.

Installation of our protection film does not guarantee that your mobile phone will never experience:

• Screen/display damage
• Cracks or breakage
• Scratches
• Body or frame damage
• Back-glass damage
• Camera damage
• Camera-lens damage
• Internal component damage
• Water or liquid damage
• Functional or electrical problems

The customer remains responsible for the mobile device and any repair or replacement costs associated with damage to the device.

Where installation is provided by Screen X Protection, our trained personnel will install the applicable protection film on the compatible device.

Minor installation-related characteristics such as temporary bubbles, moisture marks, or slight visual imperfections may occur during or immediately after installation and may improve as the film settles, depending on the product.

Customers should follow any after-installation instructions provided by Screen X Protection.

The device should not be intentionally exposed to excessive force, sharp objects, extreme conditions, or improper handling after installation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device is in suitable condition before installation.

Existing cracks, chips, scratches, dents, damaged glass, damaged body panels, defective displays, or other pre-existing conditions are not caused by or covered by the installation service.

Where reasonably necessary, Screen X Protection may refuse installation if the condition of the device makes safe or proper installation impractical.

Protection films are designed for specific mobile device models.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct mobile phone model when booking or purchasing a product.

Screen X Protection is not responsible for problems resulting from incorrect model information supplied by the customer.

Eligible Screen X Protection films are covered by our Limited Replacement Guarantee, subject to the separate Replacement Guarantee terms published on our website.

The guarantee applies only to the Screen X Protection film.

Where eligible, the film may be replaced if it experiences covered issues such as damage, tearing, peeling, or yellowing under the applicable guarantee conditions.

The Replacement Guarantee is limited to one film replacement per device per year.

The Replacement Guarantee does not cover or provide replacement or repair of:

• Mobile phone display/screen
• Mobile phone body or frame
• Back glass or body panels
• Camera lenses
• Camera modules
• Any internal components
• Any other part of the mobile device

Customers are responsible for using and handling their mobile devices appropriately after installation.

The customer should avoid intentionally testing the film with hammers, sharp objects, excessive force, extreme impacts, or other destructive methods outside normal everyday use.

Any demonstration or promotional material displayed on our website or social media should not be interpreted as a guarantee that the same result will occur under every real-world situation.

Customers may submit booking or enquiry requests through our website, WhatsApp, telephone, social media, or other available channels.

Submitting a booking form does not necessarily mean that an appointment has been confirmed.

An appointment may be considered confirmed only after Screen X Protection communicates confirmation through an appropriate channel.

Availability may depend on location, device model, installation requirements, staff availability, and other operational factors.

Where doorstep installation is offered, service availability may depend on the customer's location and our operational coverage.

The customer must provide accurate location and contact information and ensure that the installation location is reasonably suitable for the service.

Screen X Protection may reschedule or cancel a doorstep appointment when circumstances such as weather, travel restrictions, operational issues, safety concerns, or other circumstances prevent the service from being provided properly.

Prices displayed on the website may be subject to change without prior notice.

The applicable price for a booking or purchase will be communicated or displayed at the time of the transaction.

Where payment is required in advance, the order or appointment may be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information when using a third-party payment service.
