REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE
At SCREEN X PROTECTION, we are committed to providing reliable protection for your mobile device through our advanced protection film. To give you additional peace of mind, our protection film is covered by a limited Replacement Guarantee against specific film-related issues that may occur during normal use.
If the SCREEN X PROTECTION film itself becomes damaged, torn, peeled off, or develops yellowing during normal usage, the eligible protection film can be replaced under this guarantee, subject to the terms and conditions below.
What Our Replacement Guarantee Covers
The Replacement Guarantee applies only to the SCREEN X PROTECTION film installed on your device. Eligible film-related issues include:
Damage to the protection film during normal use.
Tearing or splitting of the protection film.
Peeling or lifting of the protection film from the device surface.
Yellowing or noticeable discoloration of the protection film.
Other genuine film-related defects or deterioration, as determined by SCREEN X PROTECTION.
If the protection film is found to be eligible, SCREEN X PROTECTION will replace the affected protection film, subject to the replacement frequency and other conditions of this guarantee.
One Replacement Per Year
The Replacement Guarantee is limited to one replacement of the protection film per device per year.
This means that even if the film experiences multiple eligible issues within the same 12-month period, the guarantee provides a maximum of one film replacement during that year. After the eligible replacement has been provided, any additional replacement required during the same year will not be covered under this guarantee and may be available at the applicable replacement price.
What Is NOT Covered
This guarantee applies exclusively to the SCREEN X PROTECTION film. It does not provide any guarantee, warranty, insurance, or replacement coverage for the mobile phone itself or any of its components. The following are specifically not covered:
Mobile phone display/screen damage
Cracked or broken display
Display lines, dead pixels, touch issues, or display malfunction
Mobile phone body/frame/panels
Back glass or rear panel damage
Camera lenses
Camera modules
Camera glass or camera-related components
Buttons, ports, speakers, microphones, or other phone components
Any internal or external damage to the mobile device
Damage caused to the phone due to drops, impacts, accidents, misuse, or other incidents
Important: The SCREEN X PROTECTION Replacement Guarantee does not mean that SCREEN X PROTECTION will replace or repair a damaged mobile phone. If the mobile phone screen, body, camera, or any other component is damaged, the responsibility for repairing or replacing the mobile device remains with the device owner.
Film Replacement Only
Where a claim is approved, only the SCREEN X PROTECTION film will be replaced. The replacement does not include the cost of repairing, replacing, or servicing any part of the mobile phone. The replacement film will be installed on the eligible device according to the applicable SCREEN X PROTECTION installation process.
Conditions of the Guarantee

The protection film must have been purchased and installed through SCREEN X PROTECTION or an authorized SCREEN X PROTECTION service point to qualify for this guarantee.

The guarantee applies to genuine SCREEN X PROTECTION products and is not transferable to another device.

SCREEN X PROTECTION may inspect the protection film and device before approving a replacement claim. Eligibility will be determined based on the condition of the film and whether the reported issue falls within the scope of this Replacement Guarantee.

Damage caused by improper handling, unauthorized removal or installation, deliberate damage, misuse, modification, or installation of the film by an unauthorized person may not qualify for replacement.
Your Phone Remains Your Responsibility
The purpose of this Replacement Guarantee is to provide customers with additional confidence in the SCREEN X PROTECTION film, while clearly distinguishing the protection film from the mobile device itself.
Your phone remains your responsibility; our guarantee is for the SCREEN X PROTECTION film.
By purchasing and installing SCREEN X PROTECTION, you acknowledge that this Replacement Guarantee covers the protection film only, provides a maximum of one film replacement per year, and does not cover damage, repair, or replacement of the mobile phone, display, body panels, camera, or any other device component.
